Brazilian Ambassador Lectured at the Faculty of Arts
H.E. Luís Carneiro, the Brazilian ambassador to Slovakia, who started his mission in Slovakia this spring, visited the Faculty of Arts of UKF on 24th October 2017. At the beginning, he spoke to Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Bernard Garaj, about his stay in Slovakia and a vision for a closer cooperation.
Later, he delivered a speech entitled “Brazil Today” to the students of journalism, political science, ethics, and other related fields. In addition to the general introduction of the country, he focused on mutual economic and socio-cultural relationships of both countries, which according to him, are relatively strong and vital. At the end the ambassador agreed to give an interview to university journal “Náš čas” which you will be able to read soon.
