Halls of Residence UKF Brezový háj
The Halls of Residence UKF Brezový háj offers students accommodation in double and triple rooms. Monthly accommodation fees range from €69 to €78. The residence underwent a complete renovation in 2021.
On the first underground floor, there are five accommodation units primarily intended for doctoral students and one accommodation unit with an accessible room designed for students with disabilities. Each unit consists of two double rooms sharing bathroom facilities and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator. The monthly accommodation fee for a doctoral student room is €138.
The residence has eight above-ground floors, with 19 rooms on each floor. Double rooms have balconies (with the exception of one room), while triple rooms do not have balconies. Each room is furnished with new furniture and equipped with a refrigerator. Each floor has one shared kitchenette equipped with two hot plates, a microwave oven and an electric oven, as well as two shared bathroom facilities with a sufficient number of showers and toilets.
The halls of residence also provide study rooms, a large dining hall for students and staff, and a laundry room equipped with three washing machines and three tumble dryers. Vacuum cleaners, irons and cleaning equipment for students to maintain their rooms are also available. High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the building.
The enclosed residence grounds include a car park reserved for accommodated students, with a capacity of 65 parking spaces. Individual parking spaces cannot be reserved.

Accommodation Department
The Accommodation Department handles the main administrative procedures related to student accommodation and is located on the ground floor of the Halls of Residence Zobor. The Accommodation Centre is responsible for student check-in and check-out, room transfers, verification of accommodation payments, cash desk services, registration of foreign nationals’ stays, and short-term accommodation in guest and student rooms.
