Halls of Residence UKF Zobor
The Halls of Residence UKF Zobor offers students accommodation in double and triple rooms (Blocks A and B) and single and triple rooms (Block H). Monthly accommodation fees range from €69 to €125. Following a complete renovation of the residence, two rooms form one accommodation unit with shared bathroom facilities and a refrigerator. On each floor, students have access to a shared kitchenette equipped with two hot plates and a microwave oven. Selected kitchenettes are also equipped with an electric oven.
Other facilities available to students include two laundry rooms equipped with five high-capacity industrial washing machines and four tumble dryers. Students can also borrow an iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment for their rooms from the reception desk.
Each room in the halls of residence has two LAN internet connections. In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the Halls of Residence UKF Zobor.
For individual study, students can use study rooms located on individual floors. For extracurricular and leisure activities, students have access to a gym, function hall, dance room, piano room, and a common room with a TV and relaxation area.
The Student Centre is located in the building adjoining the common areas and provides students with advice and support in a variety of areas.
Between Blocks B and H, students can enjoy an outdoor relaxation area with a pergola, seating and outdoor loungers, as well as facilities for barbecuing and grilling. The enclosed residence grounds also include a car park reserved exclusively for accommodated students, with a capacity of 22 parking spaces. Individual parking spaces cannot be reserved.

Accommodation Department
The Accommodation Department handles the main administrative procedures related to student accommodation and is located on the ground floor of the Halls of Residence UKF Zobor. The Accommodation Centre is responsible for student check-in and check-out, room transfers, verification of accommodation payments, cash desk services, registration of foreign nationals’ stays, and short-term accommodation in guest and student rooms.
