Erasmus+ Study & Traineeships KA103
Application steps
All incoming Erasmus+ students must be nominated via e-mail by their home institution yet before the deadline (see deadlines below). Nomination sent to our IRO must contain: student´s name and surname, field of study, current year and level of study, semester of mobillity and e-mail address. Nominated Erasmus student fills in the following application documents:
- Application Form for Exchange Students KA103
- Learning Agreement for Studies or Learning Agreement for Traineeship
- Document testifying minimum B1 level of English language competence (not required from Czech students)
- Transcript of Records (with latest applicant´s academic records from the sending institution)
- Copy of Bachelor/Master/PhD diploma (in the event the applicant has already finished his studies)

Semester 1 or the whole academic year: Nomination: May 15
