Current UKF measures in connection to coronavirus
Under the influence of up-to-date information on the spread of coronavirus in Europe, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (UKF) immediately applies the following measures:
- Prohibition of business trips of staff and students abroad.
- Prohibition of all receiving any staff and students for mobility from abroad.
- Closure of UKF Halls of residence for Slovak students. They are requested to leave the dormitory no later than Friday at 12 noon.
- As the Government of the Slovak Republic announced yesterday the extraordinary measures in connection with the application of principles for the protection of human life and health, we strongly recommend all foreign students early termination of their stay at our university and in Slovakia and return home. Further, we assume that starting Monday, March 16, 2020, the UKF boarding houses will be closed completely.

We continue to closely monitor the current situation regarding the spread of coronavirus in Slovakia. The Ministries of the Slovak Republic are introducing several precautionary measures we would like to draw your attention to, along with UKF measures:
