Short-term Erasmus+ traineeship in Malaga
In the first decade of June 2025, first-year students of Spanish language and literature, together with PhD students in the study program Linguodidactics, participated in a short-term Erasmus+ traineeship in Málaga, Spain. During the mobility students were accompanied by doc. Martin Štúr, PhD. from the Department of Romance and German Studies at the Faculty of Arts in Nitra.
This stay took place within the framework of the long-term cooperation of the Faculty of Arts in Nitra with prof. José García Martín, Director of the Sociedad Hispánica de Amigos de Kierkegaard. The collaboration focuses on Hispanic studies, translation, editorial work and philosophical reflection on contemporary social challenges in the Hispanic and global space.
The main focus of the internship was the cultural interpretation of texts in a social and philosophical context. During the internship, participants were introduced to works inspired by the ideas of Søren Kierkegaard, while their practical work included the translation of selected texts. The programme also included an introduction to the work of S.H.A.K. and an exploration of the cultural and historical environment of Málaga and its surroundings.
Thanks for making this internship possible go to the International Relations Unit at the Rector's Office of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra under the lead of the Vice-Rector for International Relations, as well as to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Arts of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra and the management of the Department of Romance and German Studies.
