On 18 June 2026, the final defence of the doctoral dissertation of PhD candidate Mgr. Sára Stachovičová, entitled Effect of Interspecific Nucleolotransfer on the Development of Early Bovine Embryos, took place in the Hall of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.

The defence marked the completion of her doctoral studies, which were carried out under the cotutelle (joint supervision) agreement between Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Paris-Saclay University in Paris, and the INRAE research center in Jouy-en-Josas.

 

In addition to representatives of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, the final defence was attended by representatives of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, the National Agricultural and Food Centre in Lužianky, as well as the French co-supervisor, Dr. Amélie Bonnet-Garnier. Representatives of Paris-Saclay University in Paris and the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, Charles University, also participated in the defence via videoconference.
