Brief characteristics

Evaluating the current state of psychodiagnostic tools used in practice and research in various areas (clinical, counseling, school, educational, work and organizational psychology). Application of classical and newer approaches in psychometrics in the process psychodiagnostic fools adaptation. Conducting validation studies to improve currently used psychodiagnostic measurement tools.

A set of methodological procedures and approaches in psychometrics. A set of methods and procedures in linguistic and cultural adaptation of
psychological measurement instruments. Set of validated psychodiagnostic
instruments applicable in various areas (clinical psychology: Bloch’s
Multi-Dimensional Drawing Test; counselling and school psychology: a
battery of instruments for career counselling).
