Since October 2011 the student volunteer organization ESN UKF has been working as one of the national branches of the European-wide organization ESN (Erasmus Student Network) which help international students during their mobility within the receiving country. Activity of our section was highly appreciated by the national organization ESN Slovakia. On January 17, 2017 the national board sent the thanking letter to prof. PhDr. Gabriela Miššíková, CSc., Vice-rector for International Relations at UKF in Nitra as a recognition and gratitude for the active work of ESN students and their support in developing and promoting ideas of the ESN voluntary organization in terms of the idea "students helping students".

In 2016, our section organized, under the leadership of the section President Vladimira Górna, several interesting activities such as Nation to Nation, Erasmus Village, various cultural-sigthseeing events, SocialErasmus activities, Slovak Night, Christmas Eurodinner, Erasmus Food Week - some of them within university Students Days of Nitra Universities.

Based on the words of Martin Schön, President of the ESN Slovakia "thanks to the organized activities the ESN UKF is one of the most active sections in spreading the ideas of our organization thus inspiring other ESN members in more than 520 local sections in 40 countries within Europe."
