Ambassador of Germany Joachim Bleicker visited UKF. He met with representatives of the University, Faculty of Natural Sciences and also Department of Geography and Regional Development.

Ten UKF students attended an intensive study program in Frankfurt am Main. Slovakia is one of the four project partner countries.

Being invited by the Rector of Karshi State University, prof. Zdenka Gadušová and Dr. Katarína Welnitzová visited several universities in Uzbekistan.

Polish geographers visited Department of Geography and Regional Development. They gave lecture to students about transport, tourism in Poland and Russian-Polish relations.

Cooperation with universities in Latin America continues in Chile. Interest is in the field of natural sciences, philosophy and religious studies.

Dean of the FPV František Petrovič attended meetings at several Argentinian universities. The visit included the signing of two bilateral agreements.
